This printer is probably the best printer I have ever owned. It prints extremely quick and does a great job in printing coloured documents. I replaced a HP printer that would continually loose connect-ability to my network. It used to take me several hours to get it back on line. This one stays connected reliably. I guess the only complaint I would have is that it is very big, but because it is so good the size issue fade into insignificance. Compared to other brands of printers the Hot Toner cartridges are as cheep as chips. One of the reasons I purchased this printer was that I could buy after market toner from Hot Toner at a fair price. I rate this printer at 10+ out of 10. Happy printing if you decide to purchase one of these printers. Cheers Grahame
