Compatible Toner and Ink Cartridge Guarantee
Hot Toner guarantees each Toner and Ink Cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship. Hot Toner warrants that, subject to conditions below and providing cartridges are operated under normal use, our Cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to printer. If your cartridge does not meet the standard promised during the 6 month warranted period, the Hot Toner will replace, repair or refund your purchase.
In the unlikely event that a printer is damaged by the remanufactured cartridge, when used according to the cartridge remanufacturerĄ's or the printer manufacturerĄ's instructions, the Hot Toner will repair or replace the printer. Costs associated with normal maintenance and cleaning of printers are specifically excluded from coverage.
If you have any technical questions regarding the use of a cartridge, please contact us for assistance; if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of a cartridge; return the cartridge in its original packaging and Hot Toner will replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price.
No Guarantee On Toner Refill
Due to the nature of the refill products, Hot Toner offers no warrants for any toner refills. It is clients responsibility to make sure the cartridge is in the good condition for the refill to work. Follow every step in the instructions dose not guarantess the refill will work.
